By using this website or applying for the mentorship, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Income Disclaimer.

What we offer

Sky offers a paid, 1-on-1 trading mentorship program (currently a 3-month term) and free educational content. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Spots are limited and applicants may be placed on a waitlist. We reserve the right to decline any application.

Education, not advice

All content and mentorship is for educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, legal or trading advice. You are responsible for your own trading decisions. See the Income Disclaimer for the full risk statement.

Payment, spots & refunds

• Program pricing and payment terms are provided to you directly before enrolment and are set out in your enrolment agreement. Fees are payable as agreed before the program begins.
• Because places are limited and reserved for you, refund eligibility is set out in the enrolment agreement provided at sign-up. Ask before paying if anything is unclear.
• We may update pricing and program details from time to time; the terms in your enrolment agreement govern your specific purchase.

Acceptable use

• Mentorship materials are for your personal use. Don't copy, resell, record without permission, or redistribute them.
• Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the mentorship (text, video, graphics and materials) is owned by Sky or used with permission, and is protected by applicable law. Testimonial screenshots are used with permission of the people who shared them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the mentorship. The site and mentorship are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You use them at your own risk.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party tools (form, video, hosting and analytics providers) and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. This site is not affiliated with Meta, YouTube or Google.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
